This is so interesting! Came across this while watching videos on YouTube, for once the "Recommended for you" actually shows video that I would watch!

I love the How It's Made - Lettuce, I ever been to a hydroponic lettuce farm before when I was like 12 and each of us students were allowed to plant a single seed in a sponge, few months later we were then able to buy the lettuce that we planted.
