Super Villainy Guide

Been playing this game called Super Villainy at Kongregate.

Super Villain Battle Royale! Show the rest of the villains who’s top dog in this awesome shooter with tons of upgrades, turrets and even minions.

When you start the game, you be presented with a tutorial. Go through with the tutorial and familiarize yourself with the controls.

After you completed the tutorial, you be brought to a map with different branches. Complete the first map and you be able to choose your path to fight different bosses, each with different theme of survival. Mainly:

  • Killing a specific set of enemy
  • Surviving for a period of time
  • Destroying enemy structure

I suggest branching to the top left and defeating the tentacles like monster for a start, it's the easiest boss and the stage are pretty easy. You just need to kill a set of enemy to advance to the boss, pretty easy. After that, go for the angel looking boss, followed by the skull boss and finally the robot boss.

You be able to upgrade your character after completing a stage. Make use of the upgrades available to make your character a powerful villain. I suggest upgrading your magnet first as that will help you to collect gold faster, main priority is to get money to max as that will help you farm lots of gold. Second priority would be weapon as that will help you to annihilate your enemies faster.

For minions, choose whatever that suits your fancy, if you want to be tough and powerful, go for the health minion, it will make you be able to tank lots of hits.

Tips:

  • Raise Money to help you farm better
  • Raise Magnet to help you get money off screen
  • If you come across any gold skull flying around, quickly fly to it and unleash your fury on him, shooting it drops a lot of gold
  • Circle around the bosses when you fight them and avoid the minions that they summon, pretty soon the bosses will be sent to where they belong, the dumpster
  • Make use of your bullet time to avoid enemies and projectiles

All the best. You be fine as long as you follow my tips!

An apple a day keeps the doctor away

Not sure where I heard this phrase but,
An apply a day keeps the doctor away. My hair looks funny...

Found some benefits of eating apple. The benefits sure are good! You people gotta start eating apples, ya'll. It's really good.

1. Apples lower cholesterol. One medium-sized apple contains about four grams of fiber. Some of that is in the form of pectin, a type of soluble fiber that has been linked to lower levels of LDL or "bad" cholesterol. That's because it blocks absorption of cholesterol, according to WebMD, which helps the body to use it rather than store it.

2. They keep you full. The wealth of fiber an apple provides keep you feeling full for longer without costing you a lot of calories—there are about 95 in a medium-sized piece of fruit. That's because it takes our bodies longer to digest complex fiber than more simple materials like sugar or refined grains. Anything with at least three grams of fiber is a good source of the nutrient; most people should aim to get about 25 to 40 grams a day.

3. Apples may keep you slim. One component of an apple's peel (which also has most of the fiber) is something called ursolic acid, which was linked to a lower risk of obesity in a recent study in mice. That's because it boosts calorie burn and increases muscle and brown fat, HuffPost UK reports.

I gotta start eating apples more often now! The keeping you full part will definitely be good for me since I love to munch on anything that I can get my hands on and the calories for an apple isn't much! Not to mention apples are delicious and I love the texture and the taste.

Being best friends in a relationship

Came across this image in Facebook and I agreed wholeheartedly with the statement,
"The best relationship is when you can act like lovers and best friends at the same time"

When two person are best friends, they would enjoy each other's company tremendously and they would always have a kick when they do things together. Laughing at random things, teasing each other like smacking each other, talk non-stop to each other, bitching the hell out of people that you two detest. Add that into a relationship and it will be the best relationship ever, lovers don't always do things together and sometimes there will be periods of silence, if you two know each other so well, you would know why he or she is keeping quiet.

Most of the time, people get into relationship without getting to know each other very well. When something bad happens, they wouldn't know how to solve the problems together and the relationship might fail or stop, but, if both are good friends, chances are they would more likely to talk things out and reconcile together, thus saving the relationship.

My parents are best friends and lovers at the same time, their relationship is still going strong and they play online games together like friends do. They tease each other, talk to each other like best of friends! Makes me happy when I see them being happy together, sometimes they would fight but like best friends, they would always patch things up and get back together.

If should the relationship fail, you can always get back to a level called best friends. Closure would be easier since both should be understanding of one another.

I am a best friend and a lover to my boyfriend at the same time. :D

You are no tree

Saw this image while browsing Facebook (as usual) and came across this very interesting image of a tree on a bike with the caption,
If you don't like where you are, change it. You're not a tree

I agree with the statement here, if you don't like where you are or who you are right now at this moment and time. Change yourself. You're the master of your own mind and action and you choose your path in life. You're no tree, you have legs and you can think for yourself.

If you're overweight, do something about it instead of complaining all the time and not doing anything. I'm guilty on this part, I put on so much weight and yet I keep on complaining and do nothing much about it. I do exercise and run and so on but those are of a lower priority and I keep procrastinating those and yet I complain all the time. Sheesh.

If you're facing problems, do something about it instead of worrying over it. I once saw this phrase,
If you have the solution to the problem, why worry? Because you have the solution.
If you don't have the solution to the problem, why worry? Because you can't do anything about it.
I actively search out the solutions to my problem but sometimes I really don't have any solution, I keep on worrying about the problems and get myself emotional and break down in the end. When I take my mind off the situation, I found out that a solution comes soon after, I guess cause I am not emotional and have better cognitive ability to think.

Remember, you are no tree. Change the venue if you don't like it.
